Tell the FCC: Sneaky New Nick Toon is Nothing but a Skechers AdThe FCC has opened an inquiry into CCFC's petition urging the the Commission to rule that the upcoming broadcast of Zevo-3 on Nicktoons is not in the public interest. Developed by Skechers, Zevo-3 is the first kids' program to feature characters known to children only as commercial spokescharacters and will violate longstanding policies designed to protect children from overcommercialization. But the FCC will only act if there is signification public pressure, so please submit a comment in support of our petition today.
