 The Federal Vaccine Mandates, who do they affect, their status. :

1 Federal employees of the executive branch (Congress exempt of course), including members of the military. Under challenge, still in effect. 2. Employees of companies with government contracts. Under challenge, still in effect. "“If you want to work with the federal government and do business with us, get vaccinated,” Biden said Thursday evening in a speech announcing his plans. “If you want to do business with the federal government, vaccinate your workforce.”" 3. Centers for Medicare/Medicaid Services, Health-care workers at facilities that run Medicare and Medicaid programs (pretty much all hospitals, nursing homes, acute and LTC). Under challenge, still in effect. 4. Occupational Safety Health Administration (OSHA), Non-remote workers at companies with 100 or more employees, Postal Service workers and public employees in the 28 states and territories that enforce OSHA rules. Under challenge, stayed (Cannot Be Enforced) until further court action.
