What Attracted You To The Field of Nursing? The field of nursing attracted me in many ways. I found nursing to be a multi-faceted profession. I thoroughly enjoyed the mutual benefit of the patient/ nurse relationship. I am continually challenged to grow in my knowledge of medicine. I appreciated the financial security, schedule flexibility and diversity in areas of practice.

What made you decide to start your own business? I was in a bad car accident last year. I am no longer able to provide hands-on care to patients. Your most pressing concerns with the profession and healthcare: In many cases, the short staffing issues result in a lack of adequate care provided to the patients due to the extreme over-extension of the nurses and other healthcare providers.
