I absolutely reject the idea of salary caps in a free market, but instead of begging for the overlords of this broken and oppressive “sickcare” system to make changes we all know full well won’t happen, why not try to be a part of building an alternative system that actually focuses on true, patient-centered care? A system that respects and values it’s nurses for the professionals we are and always have been."
